Prayer being lifted up in Japanese to the God of all languages.

The Japanese guy in the middle accepted Jesus Christ this weekend and was baptized in the ocean on Saturday while at the Christian Surfers conference in Chiba. 

The man praying says that the day he accepted Jesus Christ as his Savior was the best day of his life.  

This is Dave and Shinko, the leaders of Christian Surfers Japan. We just returned home from a "Got Jesus?" conference in Chiba. There were about 70 Japanese there worshiping Jesus Christ. AMEN! 

It is awesome to serve a God that understands worship sang to Him in every language. 

We came across these very famous art statues at the Tokushima airport.  

Nothing like this american meal that only costs $30.00 in Japan....yes, sometimes it is very worth it!! 

Always a blessing to see God draw people to his Word. This is a comic of the life of Jesus and this guy was drawn to it from the time he came into our home. God is awesome huh? 

Mark has been talked into a back rub by his new little friend Gai. Lucky for little Gai, Mark has nightly training in this as I do not let him go to sleep without my nightly back scratch!! It was hilarious when this little kid plopped in front of Mark demanding a back rub and then a leg rub as well.  

Tonight we are blessed to have these 2 brothers sleepover at our house. The one on the left (Yoma) is 12 and his brother Gai is 8. Both are here surfing for a few weeks. They are adorable.

Small Peeps

No, I have not gotten bigger.....this lady was only like 2 feet and 10 pds! She was so precious...I could have brought her home.

Mark and his professional surfer friend...... 

We had some really great friends come and visit this week. It was such an awesome blessing to have some fellowship and just hang out.
