Mark and I have really loved seeing all the wildlife of North Carolina. We saw two beautiful deer the other day, rabbits all over, cardinals and blue jays. WE LOVE IT! This is a bunny we see daily in a yard. 

28 weeks pregnant with Josiah....can I get any bigger?!!

Hey all, It is such a blessing to continue to receive updates from many people serving the Lord all over the world. God is at work in the nations and He is bringing His salvation to people who have never heard His name until now. While God is at work, the enemy is also very present. We know that God has victory over all darkness and evil, but still we feel the effects of the enemy while still here on Earth. We want to encourage you all to pray for the missionaries around the world. Everyday can be a struggle. There is persecution, homesickness, strange foods, dangerous living situations, etc. Many are experiencing persecution right now and it is a very scary thing. Pray for them. Ask God to protect them and to soften hearts in foreign lands. "They will fear the name of the Lord in all the world, for He will come like a rushing stream driven by the wind of the Lord." Isaiah 59:19 Thank you God for this promise!!

FINALLY

SOO...the moment long awaited for happened yesterday. We went to the doctor AGAIN and we are having a..............BOY!!! His name will be Josiah named after a king in the Old Testament of the Bible. "He did what was pleasing in the Lord's sight and followed the example of his ancestor David. He did NOT turn aside from doing what was right." II Kings 22:2. This is our prayer for our Josiah as well. Of course Mark is excited to have a little surfer boy! The baby looks great and everything is fine! More to come................
